Istanbul you've treated us to beautiful monuments, beautiful people, delicious food and great company.



I'm sad we took group photos late in the day, I was busy giving demos and the first group that got the demo had already filtered out. The turn out was fantastic at about 80 people. Considering the short notice for our meet (48 hours!!), we seriously appreciate how many deviants drove for hours and canceled plans to come. Next time, we'll give you a week... and we can fill this beautiful courtyard with the loving people in the world, now and forever known as "deviants."

As a side note, we've never been to a place with so many people. I say this literally. Istanbul is the 4th largest city in the world by population, 11 million people in the city proper and 6400 people per square kilometer. Manhattan in New York beats the density, at over 10,000, but the kicker is that Manhattan RISES UP in to sky scrapers, and Istanbul is virtually level. Think about the difference, and it makes for very close contact with people. And what great people. Passion for life and everything about it. Like our cab drivers... I've always wanted to be in a high speed chase. Except no one was chasing us.

Today was a really great time. We talked about the new hotness..

And of course, Fella continues to get showered with the loves... could this little guys life be any better? I think not...



... we WERE a little upset at first that he literally hid in our suitcase, but it seems to be working out.
