From 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturday, March 23rd, deviants of all ages are welcome to join us for a deviantMEET held at the Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle, WA.

Bring your sketchbook to showcase your work with others, art supplies to collaborate with a friend, and/or a camera to capture memories! For those interested, an instructor from Pratt will also be present to guide a free workshop in screenprinting. Pratt has free Wi-Fi, so feel free to bring your laptop or tablet to show off your deviantART Profile Page and +Watch new friends. We’ll be creating art all day long, so get ready to be inspired!

After the deviantMEET, we’ll head somewhere nearby to grab food for anyone who wants to continue the party. Please bring money for food, and we’ll eat within walking distance to Pratt. You won’t want to miss it!

Hussie x Reader ~ Rain Storms {Kinda Short} ____ ____ sat outside in the front lawn of her house. She tilted her head to the sky and smiled, letting the raindrops hit her face, and drench her to the bones.
____ had been sitting out in the middle of a rainstorm for an hour now. Before hand, shes had been making soup for Andrew, her boyfriend, while he typed away in the attic. Today was one of the days where she was told to leave the bowl outside the door. Andrew was busy working on his new game.
____ was a follower of the web comic Homestuck herself, hell she even helped with ideas and planning, but Andrew was always locked away in the attic, always wearing some weird cosplay. ____ sighed and opened her eyes. She looked longingly at the house, mostly to the small window in the attic.

Differences ~ Prologue If You have ever really looked at something, you'll know what I mean.
When you really, actually, LOOK at something, its amazing. You can do it any way you want. I found out two ways though, and I'm fine with them.
1. Moving
2. Cherished Spots
Well, not so much enjoying the moving part. Because who LIKES to move, right? Moving is leaving behind memories, a place that you hold dear. Moving is like hell. You can do all you want to stop it, you can run away, you can cry, scream, pout, rebel, change your life, anything. But it won't help.
Those cherished spots, your memories, are what keep a person sane in my opinion. It can be just a simple thing. Such as watching the sun set over the ocean, or baking with your family, or ever just sitting out in the rain. Rain can be cleansing. I drew half the time then took a walk around to see what others were doing, I met some great people, I was wearing my Okami Shirt :3
There wasn't a lot of space, but If I ever go to another one of these I'll what (and what not) to bring! I saw a few people dressed as animals and wolves.

That wasn't as great as I hoped. Weren't enough tables for everyone, and most people ignored everyone and just drew. The only people who really talked to me were people who needed a cigarette.
